Coffee, Tea and Hospitality have been the foundation of Jeremiah’s career for more than 25 years. What began in café operations grew into a lifelong passion for building meaningful guest experiences, developing strong teams, and helping hospitality brands create beverage programs that feel both elevated and approachable. Today, Jeremiah partners with clients across the country as a consultant and sales leader, bringing together deep industry knowledge with a highly collaborative, relationship-driven approach. Throughout his career, Jeremiah has worked with a diverse range of clients — from independent cafés and neighborhood concepts to fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and destination resorts. He believes every hospitality space has its own story, and the most successful coffee and tea programs are built around understanding a client’s vision, culture, and guest experience goals.

As National Sales Manager for a Los Angeles based coffee roaster, Jeremiah has helped lead national growth initiatives while working closely with operators, chefs, designers, and ownership teams to develop thoughtful beverage solutions. His expertise includes coffee and tea program development, café and bar workflow design, equipment consultation, menu strategy, operational support, and staff training. Whether supporting a new opening or refining an established program, his focus is always on creating systems and experiences that feel intentional, sustainable, and memorable.
Before joining the local coffee roaster, Jeremiah spent more than a decade with a large retail coffee company, where he grew into district leadership overseeing multi-unit operations and high-performing teams throughout Southern California. That operational background continues to shape his practical, hands-on player/leader style today. Known for his calm leadership, creativity, and genuine investment in people, Jeremiah values long-term partnerships built on trust, collaboration, and shared success.
